Dubbed the “Uruguayan Tom Cleverley” it is anticipated that this shrewd ETH signing will propel “The Worlds Biggest Club”TM to glory.

Meanwhile, Liverpool fans have written to the Premier League insisting that Ugarte is in the starting eleven this weekend along with an apology and compensation.
