His career has gone downhill since he left Hollywood. He was the Dwarf in the Dwarf throwing contest in The Wolf Of Wall Street.

Probably broke him he didn't get a part in The Hobbit as well.
 
According to pound land Pep they are is transition. How many years is that now? It has been 11 years since he "left" the mangers position.
