People talk about rich owners ruining football, but what about clubs that have rigged football's finances to such an extent that there are no consequences for their poor performance and money wasting over more than a decade?

Watched 30 mins of their game v the Dippers and seen nothing of value from both teams. Aimless longballs and still trying to play out of the back until, yet again, another longball when faced with a little pressure.
