Not in my lifetime huh?Scruffy Jim has a problem.
If they sack ten Bob it will, having extended his contract cost them a hell of a lot and make him and Ineos look stupid.
If they sack him, any new manager will want money for the January transfer window and a firm promise of money next August. (January is never a good time to buy and as they can't sell, do they have the money ?)
Plus, which top manager would sign without those promises ? Which top manager would take on the poisoned chalice ?
They could go with the cheap option of Van Nistelroy whose unproven, further it would show they are skint and that no top manager wants the job.
Which ever option is taken the manager still has the problem of the team. It simply isn't good enough, it is just a mis-mash of average but costly signings. Which brings us back nicely to Scruffy Jim and Ineos. They oversaw the 3 summer signings and to put it mildly, they overpaid for average players. Scruffy and his team failed badly, very badly.
It's great isn't it.
20 minute training sessions and 100 minute photo shoots every day!No fucker wanted the job after the cup final so who the fuck would want it now, ole, giggsy, the toe sucker, maybe it’s time for Beckham to prove himself.
I fuckin hope notI think fat Sam may have jumped ship to the blue side.
That’s good news for spurs!!Yes. Timo Werner is now serving his ban.
Compensated for the non red agin the argie dwarf at Palace.....off the ground, out of control, dangerous, its fouled & injured the player.Isn't it a bit like that Trippier "tackle" on KdB a few years ago? Deliberate high challenge for no other reason to bring the guy down, nowhere near the ball, but no contact with studs?
0k
Never understood how that wasn't red then, so I suppose I have to say it was red too yesterday. No way you can time a "tackle" like that precisely when out of control at that speed. Anything can happen, so endangering an opponent even without the studs.
Imho.
Surprised he gave a red, though.
