Nobody else gets the ban overturned when both Match officials and VAR officials are in agreement, Forget the slip it does not make any difference to the high boot and dangerous foul play with contact.
You Know matey what goes on, United have the power on the rules to bend them, It Stinks and is shocking that they see it as wrong to send him off and overturn both official's rulings,
A Panel of Ex-footballers you say... So they would know if it's United and they want a helping hand, it is better to change the outcome to keep the job on the panel

PL can choose whether appeals are heard or not. That is the loophole that only a couple of clubs get the advantage over others, You're right, when both match referee and VAR give it as red then there should be no rights to an appeal.
