What media onslaught?

I've seen nothing really mocking them or highlighting their spending.

All I'm mostly seeing is the "Wembley of the North" storys being regurgitated and pumped out once again and how it's going to bring immeasurable billions of economic benefits to the region... Distract Distract Distract
The Mayor is well on board and very keen. Some form of state aid to support this will be inevitable

Funny isn’t it what people hear or don’t hear. I heard nothing about Wembley the north yesterday. What I did hear was every section of talksport going in on them, even questioning Amorim on breakfast. MOTD2 dedicated 15 minutes into his shit they are - more than any other match got analysis from. SSN the same, over analysing their decline, and then to round it off you had Emmanuel Petit openly laughing at them on live telly. Mocking them.

It’s open season on the rag twats, and I’m loving every blood sucking minute of it.
Oh come off it.

Could you imagine what the sneering, ridicule, derision, scoffing and mockery would be if it was City in united's position if we'd spent as much as them?

Admittedly I never listen to TalkShite or SSN.

At 12 I had a season ticket at City, but I would often go to Old Trafford. Many kids at School did. It was cheap and you were stood next to your mates.

The World unfortunately changes, Women go to to football now, who would have believed that 50 years ago.
Helen the Bell excepted.
One of the biggest blues I know started as a rag, but as we all started going to city and getting pissed on a Saturday he just fell in line. This isn't that long ago. Talking 90s but it was cheap and you could just decide on a Friday night that you would go to the game the next day. Rock up to maine Rd and pay on the gate.

Mighty Reds to sanction £200m January War Chest.
Rubin Amorim has been instructed to go out and sign the players necessary to plan a late surge into Uniteds rightful place at the top of the table.
Amorim wants players with Premiership experience and is willing to spend the entire budget on Scott McTominay,Anthony Elanga, Aaron Wan Bissaka and Mason Greenwood.

It’s funny that it’s taken the Manager of the Rags to point out what pundits & journalists have failed to say.
At what point to the media cut them adrift?

If their (rags) demise was over a couple of years post piss can I could understand it.

We're getting close to twelve years now. Surely the media know their flogging a dead horse.

The press have finally stopped describing all Rag players as “world class” which is a step forward.

That has to be 'fake news'.

The language used in these Gashfoot bids were verging on comical, "Dortmund are having an internal meeting to discuss a bid", "AC Milan want Gashfoot to spearhead their campaign to success" to now "Dortmund are approaching the Gashfoot camp to explore options".

Having said that, its no real surprise with all the spin as Gashfoots agent/PR is led by his brother and in the whole world of football transactions, he has managed to successfully complete zero transfers.

Why would anyone buy rashford? All he does is run in a straight line and then blasts the ball as hard as he can. He has all the subtly of a serial killer breaking in a new hammer. A footballer he isn't.
