Maybe if they made 40% of the playing staff redundant, they might cobble together enough dosh to attract some useless twat on loan, to add to the rest of the remaining useless twats in the 1st team squad.

No way will they go bust. Like it or loathe it they are just too much of a commercial Juggernaut.

No matter how shit they are they still turn over a fortune.

It will end with some sort of cut price deal with a potential buyer.

Jim and the Glazers would inherit big losses, but they will have more than covered them through milking the club over and over for the last 15 years or whatever.

The structure is perfect, they have the best people on the football side, sponsors falling over themselves to be associated with Mansour and Khaldoon and you have some of the smartest business people on the planet handling strategy for off-the-field issues. The biggest problem they have is how to spend Mansour's money on the CFG project. Yes, I know I am being a little facetious.

Soriano is how old now, late fifties? In two or three years he will be retiring and Berrada would most likely be in prime position to take over. Or maybe he knew he wouldn't, I suppose. But then again, I doubt he will be CEO of United in another two or three years either.

£1.5 billion is United debt, not the Glazers or Jims, Anybody wanting to buy United will have to clear the debt because of PSR or FFP rules, The Funny thing is, I think United books are in such a mess and hide so many false accounting and the Sheikh Jassim was not allowed to go through the books and figures
