Well they’ve been toss each year in his living memory, so he can’t be too excited about the potential of signing for them.

He got subbed and didn’t finish the game as they had better options on the bench resting for the weekend. He made two attacks break down in the second half which Emeri thought he had seen enough and needed to change it.

Rashford is doing now what he’s done for his entire career. Sporadic moments of running onto a chance and getting a shot off and not much else. That the rags are getting exciting that he scored a dubious penalty against City highlights how far the have fallen. Their £350k a week poster boy banished by a manager who still hasn’t reached 40 points in the league in late April. The cupboard is pretty empty on reasons to be cheerful.

I read through the bbc live feed at half time to see what really happened on the pen. It’s the worst, most anti city fan take on on a game I’ve read. Full of little digs at city throughout. Absolute disgrace he’s allowed to do that on a regular basis

Does piss me off we’ve given them 4 points this season. They currently sit on 38 points with 5 games to go, to highlight how bad they are our last relegation scrap under Pearce we ended up with 42 points. We got relegated in 2001 with 34 points and relegated in 1996 with 38. Amorim seems to get a very easy ride in the press.

You can only arrive at the conclusion that the BBC (not just slimy simon) are under instruction from united's PR Dept to big up Rashford to try and boost any transfer fee, by gaslighting anyone who'll listen that he's suddenly rejuvenated and on fire.

Where as the reality is he looks just as distinctly average as he's always been.
