The big 18, rules get changed before the end of the season to only 2 relegation spots.
Bottom 2 relegated, 17th & 18th playoff at old toilet, losers relegated and winners get CL.
Obviously if they are 20th then they’ll restructure the leagues into a new Super Premier League which the rags get into because of their history and that league will only have 10 teams and no relegation, that way they can always say they in the top 10.

Astonishes me how they beat us 4-0 at home

One of the more infuriating defeats of the season that one.

Just shows how utterly awful we've been at times this season

The fact we could be that bad, be that inconsistent and still possibly finish 3rd only highlights how weak the premier league has been this season. Dippers would've won it with 70 odd points.

74 points would’ve been enough.

What sen-fucking-sational news to wake up to :)

Hang on a minute , this is Manchester United we’re all laughing at ….

I’d love to see the worm Evras face at full time , and throw Crerrand and Fergeh in the mix with that , knowing in their twilight years they are light years behind us must really sting .

Don't know about you but I'd probably wank myself to death.
Absolutely.
Mine would look like I had frost bite on it.
It would be completely black..and my right arm would be like Popeyes.
In all seriousness they could go down.
Please let it happen.
I don't care if we stay average for a few seasons we've done everything..just let them go down then bankrupt

Can’t wait for Utd to get bring in the English Hojlund as well in Delap. There level now bringing in players around the level near the relegation zone

They are signing him because he was brilliant in City’s youth team, it’s like when Sunderland used to pay over the odds for the Rags ex youth.

You can see it now, they will get Kieron McKenna from Ipswich and sign Delap at the same time!

We will then be told that McKenna has united in his DNA and is coming home, whilst Delap is the future of English football and the next Harry Kane, and how City nearly made him quit football!

& Kalvin Phillips to unlock Bruno…….

Keith Hackett reviews footage of Pedro Porro challenge on Luke Shaw

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former PGMOL chief Hackett explained why there was no foul given for the challenge, and why VAR had not intervened.

He said: “Luke Shaw slows down looking for a foul, which is rightly not awarded.

“[It was] not a clear and obvious error by the referee, so handled correctly by the match official.”
