Just a thought about PL broadcasting income for them next year.
With so many PL teams in Europe next season, and the effect that has on when you play at the weekend… are they very likely to have many more 3pm Saturday kickoffs , so miss out on UK PL live match broadcast income?
Over the past 35 years they’ve had the lions share of televised matches, in comparison to any other club, resulting in ‘little’ clubs constantly getting 3pm Saturday kickoffs and the reduction in broadcast income that makes… so not being Europe … less UK tv money!
Every team in European football that plays them will still give them loads of TV and the odd Saturday against some fodder.

Generally in big corporate takeovers the assumption is all the debt gets repaid or replaced as part of the deal. Corporate bank debt has a change of control clause so it can get called in if there are new owners. If they have issued bonds then that is different and bonds just stay out there, rags haven't issued bonds AFAIK.

I don't know what the rags debt is off the top of my head but if its 1bn then whoever buys would probably pay that off or arrange their own finance. It's a drag on the sale as you obviously deduct that figure from what you are prepared to pay.
Here in Spain when one buys a house you inherit the debt attributed to the house so purchasing must be done with due diligence.
When we agreed our last purchase we paid a cheque to a bank then a much smaller cheque to the seller at the Notary all adding up to the agreed amount thus making our purchase debt free.
Not sure of commercial purchases but being debt free seems to be an important thing in Spain.

For some reason I can't post it on here.

Simply beautiful.

Has any seen this video of them fighting with Spurs on Tuesday night whilst singing 'Why don't City fuck off home'?

Imagine what the Tottenham fans were thinking! They really are fucking retards!
Always makes me laugh when you see these sorts of scenes. It's a particularly British phenomenon, in that nobody actually has a scrap, but lots of chairs are lifted and tables are wobbled.

If you have ever seen that footage of those Russian hooligans during the world cup. They were all wearing black t-shirts and built like brick shithouses. They walked down the street and just leathered everyone, then they moved onto the next street and leathered everyone there. Then they ended up in a square, about 25 of them, and about 2000 fans from different countries who all ran away.

No street furniture was harmed.

We stop mobs going they have to hand their passports in, and the Russians took the military dressed up as fans with them, allegedly signed off by their own bald wart Putin.

Now we don't know this 100% but let's assume it is, how far woould these bellends have gotten if we would have dressed a few regts of Paras up in England tops to fight them back?
