See why that Brentford striker going to the scum 250k a week why! They know if they didn't offer at least 100k more he be of to Newcastle!

Their online fans are pushing back hard against the 250K salary, claiming no one reputable or "who knows Manchester United" has reported that. They are protesting that it's a media hatchet job as in the number is being invented to "make them look bad as usual".

A pity that they are getting Mbuemo and Cunha. That's already an improvement on Rashford, Garnacho, and yes even Amad (what's with them annointing every other kid as the next Eric Cantona? JizzJazz, Cleverly, Mainoo....they can't help themselves, it does the kids no good.)

I didn't realize they still have that money, but in any case they have been the biggest spender in the league over the years (that's under reported) despite their current league position.

Hopefully their defense/midfield doesn't get a similar upgrade, though they'll surely upgrade on Onana.

Just also hope that the likes of Brighton and Villa will still be strong next season, it'll be a pity if the rags found a way to finish in the "top 7" or win a domestic trophy.

As if they needed anybody outside of the club to make them look bad !

Utter fuckwits .

I have to say a midfield Penandes, Mbeumo and Cunha will be a big upgrade on last season. Surprised Newcastle aren't trying harder for MBeumo.
Yep, but they still need a striker. Mbeumo and Cunha play behind a main man. Hojlund and Zirkzee would be like parking a fiat punto at the front of an F1 grid.

The media doing a hatchet job on the rags?
Have a word.

What are these rag keyboard tapping pricks smoking.

All I'm hearing from the media is how proud the raggie fans are of rat man for staying at their club and turning down nearly £1000,000.00 per week for them (conveniently narrated).

If you switch Sly Sports on at any given time of the day or night you'll see positive reports about them. According to the pundits every player the rags are targeting in this mini transfer window all insist they want to go to old Trafford and help make this once giant of a club great again.

Let's be honest here: do we really believe that any professional footballer with a modicum of ambition would want to join the rags. It's not just the fact that they've (we've) enjoyed their worst season in premier league history or that the infrastructure is falling apart at the seams and that it's an elephants graveyard for talented players and (some) coaches. We know this to be true because it's playing out in front of our own eyes like some sort of bizarre soap opera.

The sooner they build that tent the better, because it will create the perfect set for a club that has gradually become the biggest laughing stock in world football.

I get it now why the media have worked so hard over the past decade to keep the rags relevant and front and center in the public domain. It's got nothing to do with favoritism or allegiance they're essentially their pimp and this overindulgence is their way of keeping the punters coming back for more.

Haha! The rags are mere prostitutes for the masses.

It would be the first time in history if they are. The rags have always been beyond criticism, protected from any negativity, 'looked after' by the tabloids and the major broadcasters.

FFS! Hatchet job? You verminous bastards, try being in our shoes, or any other Prem team (aside from your fucking besties the dippers, of course). We buy a player for £20 million and we're ruining football, we're the club that endlessly flaunts its wealth by snapping up every and any player that becomes available because we can afford it, and it stops any other club getting the players. Renta-quote Twitcher with his famous 'blown us outta the wa'er' comment still resonates in people's memories when it comes to us and our transfer dealings. Yet no fucker in the media dares say a word of criticism if the rags go out and spend £150 million on a player, same with the other red cunts from Anfield: looked after.

Why is the money the Sheik has ploughed into the infrastructure in the City never ever mentioned by the British press? Why is the once dormant area around the Etihad now a thriving area of commerce and business not mentioned by the press in this country?

The press are doing a 'hatchet job' on the rags, are they? Let me know when they start, you bunch of cretinous pond life, you are the media darlings and always have been.

SCUM!

You know I was being cynical with my opening gambit right?

I was responding to a previous post.

Another loophole for PSR.

Smoke and mirrors.

If they put as much effort into their on-field planning as they do cooking the books they would be the most successful team in Europe.

Fortunately for every other football fan across the globe the rags will continue to prioritise their commercial endeavors over their football.

Long may it continue.
