I thought he was shocking. Just out of his depth. An ok left-back, a below-average left-sided centre-back.
It was hilarious watching him stumbling in Erling's wake for the second then tripping over his keeper and falling on his face. He is the fifth longest serving player of all in the Prem for one club. He has obviously made a fortune at the rags but I bet he wishes he had signed for City.

1 win in four for the raggies and out of the league cup to Grimsby. They’ve spent over £200 million this summer and there has been no improvement from where they were last season. They’ve only been able to get a fee for Lurch from Chelsea whilst they have Rashford, Sancho and Hoijland shipped out on loan.

They bring another manager in they then have to start the cycle again of moving on the patchwork quilt of players from the Solksjar, Ten Haag and soon to be Amorim terms in charge. It’s bloody fantastic stuff.

Their next 9 games are absolutely brutal, with Sunderland at home being their only real hope of being expected to get 3 points
Sunderland have looked decent and well organised I fully expect them to pick up at least a point there. That could be Amor no wins final game imo

Yeah, when we did the Treble it was UNACCEPTABLE for them to allow us to do it, entitled tosser, like all in that rancid shambles of an organisation!

Very revealing that amorin slaughters his players post match, no protecting them like pep does, he knows they are shite and is in self preservation mode. Glorious
Agree and it seems to be a modern trend . The single most important thing about successful football management isn't tactics but respect for your players and solidarity in the public sphere. Humiliation is never a good look . Never wash your dirty laundry in public, blame the ref, the length of the grass or the shape of the ball and always remember you are not the Main Event , despite all the media attention .

Sometimes wearing a grey kit can be a disadvantage too

The body language from some of them yesterday was awful. When we were 1 nil up about 25 mins in and Fernandes fucked up to let the ball out of play for a throw in, he just shrugged and sulked. I know Fernandes is always prone to that but he usually leaves it until 70 mins on or so, not 1 nil down 25 or so into a derby

Think their keeper situation is one to keep an eye on. I was reading red cafe before the derby and most of them think bayindir is a million miles off, and they seem to be right. The other keeper theyve signed is a huge, huge gamble and if it doesnt come off they're not gonna have a keeper who is up to scratch. Onana for his sins and mistakes is capable of playing at this level, bayindir doesnt look like he is, and the other guy who knows but he musnt be head and shoulders above bayindir or he would have started. He's a 23 year old nobody from the Belgian league.

Could be a horror show. A wonderful, wonderful horror show

Thanks for your support coming in fancy dress as blue seats was a master stroke

When the rags players came over to their remaining fans (hahaha) we were queuing to get out of SS3 and everyone was singing "You're fucking shit " at them.
Always good to take the piss out of the cunts isn't it
