Apparently wants to right his wrongs from last time and willing to work for free.

Hilarious. What a try hard.

Like last time he came in, he will get an initial new manager bounce because of how accommodating he is and all the players love him, he will go full 4-4-2, bring the kids through and the fans will yearn for a long term contract, only for it to end like it did last time because tactically he doesn't have the minerals to work long term at a top club in the PL.
Top club you say?
Errm.....

Who better to solve the problems than the guy that created them?
As I said yesterday in the Amorim thread, they are repeating the same mistakes that they made when Busby retired. Everyone at the club still thinks Ferguson is the boss, they haven't moved on.
The dippers did the opposite in the 70's when Shankly retired, they said thanks for everything Bill but as you have retired you're not part of the structure anymore. It's Bob Paisley's team now. That didn't work out too badly for them.

Nothing says rag DNA than having a boardroom full of poached City execs.

Any club that bangs on about their DNA remain in mediocrity until they are open to modernisation.

Look at West Ham. Even the dippers with their trademark “pass an move la” until Klopp took over and showed them a modern approach.

That club is the gift that keeps on giving.
Ex pros like Neville, Ferdinand and Rooney tell them they need to get someone in that knows the Nited way, the DNA of the swamp, blah, blah, blah
So rather than try and get best in class, they do exactly that.
Held talks with Ole, Carrick and Fletcher.
They are in an absolute mess, make no mistake about that.
Read it and weep.

Scruffy Jim reminds me of Camilla......
The pisscan reminds me of Tim Waltz.

When I was growing up in Ordsall back in 1970’s the delusion amongst the many rags was off the scale. Busby was always mentioned in hushed and very reverent tones. Even at a young age I could see that everything that was wrong with the shower was down to him. Docherty might have took them that stage further and when he found himself lying in the arms of Mary their big chance exited stage left. The gpc seemed to gently usher Busby aside and the birth of the even bigger wobble gobbing gobshite rag was created.
Busby was the elephant in the room and he seemed to melt away once the gpc had established his tenure.
The problem they now have is the gpc won’t go away, prize buffoons ratboy, camel gob, the toe biter and the dog wanker all have to weigh in with their ‘valued opinions’ no manager has a chance.
They rejoiced at Peg then turned on him as soon as they got the chance - his ‘greatest achievement in coming 2nd to City’ hit a nerve as they all knew he was right.

Long may this clusterfuck continue.

I’m hoping for the waistcoat once the caretaker/interim caretaker/caretaker have steadied the ship.

SCUM.

CTID.

As you were Blues.
Superb.

Absolutely.

My dad called it years before he went. Compared him to Busby, then said he'd be worse. His rag colleagues denied the idea, it'd never happen again.

Well. Here we are.

Another manager that won't use his parking space, likely followed by a manager that won't use his parking space.

And even when they get a manager that wants to do it his own way, their structure fucks them over, and they go back to square one.
