I think everybody needs to calm down because up to now other than Tottenham we haven't played any of the big teams !!!!

11-2 over 1st and 5th away this season, not a bad start.

20 goals in 5 away games, Stuart Pearce must be appalled!

aren't WE first?

last season's table as that's what apparently judges other "big teams".

Hahahaha 6-1.. what a humiliation @ OT . SAF eyes turned red.. :-)) while Mancini smiling (for sure he also surprised with the scoreline)

If I loved this man any more I'd need a restraining order.

I said it from the absolute start, this guy is immense and is a beautiful bastard

Totally agree with you Dam

I've always said that this guy is made for the big time and i expect our Champs League form to change on his return.

Second on the sheet after Silva in the big games.........bring on Chelsea!!

I always used to say that the 1968 match at Old Trafford was the best Derby I have known, but this one tops even that. For the first time in a long time I can say 'Malcolm Allison would have been proud of that.'

I am particularly glad for the young lads (and girls) whose memories don't go back as far as mine - you have had the reward at last for your years of loyal support.

As Churchill said: 'This is not the end; it is not even the beginning of the end. But it is perhaps the end of the beginning.'

We need fear no one!

One thing that amazed me was Silva's defensive work rate. Did you notice how many times he was in the first third defending, closing down, pressuring even putting in some muscle.
What a player.

Agreed

Can't wait to see him do damage in the champions league.

I did, other fans etc criticise him claiming he doesnt do enough dirty work but hes always pressuring the opposition and he was outstanding in doing so yesterday for an attacking midfielder.

As for the game, still cant believe, played them for fun for over half the game!!

Born two years before in 1966 certainly appreciate your posting on these older games. Thanks JR

Neville on SKY yesterday

How did he take it, what excuses did he come up with, would love to have watched him squirming but I was at the swamp instead :)
