Re: Rags vs. City Pre Match Thread

As we all know from the past.....Form doesn't count on derby day. Our Team & Club will get some shit this week in the press it's up to the players to ram it back down their throats. After last night I feel more confident we'll beat them. They'll try to play us at our game and we'll have far more space than last night making it much easier for us to open them up. If Bony is fit Pellers will play 4-4-2 if not I think he'll go 4-5-1 especially after Dzekos performance last night.

Hart

Zaba Kompany Mangala Clichy

Fernando

Nasri Fernandinho Yaya Silva

Aguero

That side and formation would batter the rags. Take Fernando out for Bony if he's fit. It's going to be a nervous week but I see us winning 3-1 our boys love a derby let's hope they show up again.

Come on City

They might not have a park the bus mentality but they do have a manager that can get a side organised and hit on the break efficiently.

The mentality of our squad must be in tatters and we've no leader capable of motivating whilst were down.

A draw would be a positive result in my opinion. However, if pellers returns to having Sergio as our only recognised striker and plays 5 in midfield, then we have a good chance of getting the 3 points.

He won't though and dzeko will be rewarded with a place for his work rate against palace, as too will navas for his penetration out on the wing. Frank will also get his usual 20 minutes when things aren't going our way because he'll definitely get us back in a game like he did against Chelsea.
Bang on the money

Almost right but they have only scored two counter attacking goals this season

Re: Rags vs. City Pre Match Thread

they think its going to be a walk in the park for them

now has this squad got the bollocks to give us something after last night

Re: Rags vs. City Pre Match Thread

I would love to be at a training session to actually see what the fcuk is going on. They're playing like they only got together the same day.

They're definitely not practicing corners that's for sure.

I'm expecting

2 changes to the back 4

Fernando to partner toure in midfield

Silva to play on the wing

Bony and Aguero upfront

Pellergrini to be sacked Monday morning if we lose
Probably 3 changes at the back - Zabaleta, Mangala, Kolorov

Then Fernando, Yaya, Silva and Nasri with Aguero and Dzeko (Pellegrini's love child) up front.

We can't keep a clean sheet and struggle to score 4-1 to the Scum.
