The media and their ex players , will build the rags up to be superheroes this week , whilst we will be derided by all and sundry. Which is fine by me , it will be so much sweeter when we win our 4th consecutive swamp derby game , and all the "experts" are made to eat their words. Hark now hear the city sing........................................

I remember when the Rags were bigging up the Munich anniv. - was it 50 - and City spoiled their party to win 2-1.

This is a dismal stat.
It's been a dismal run of recent results for CITY (the reigning English champions,) who've lost five of their last seven games in all competitions and have struggled at the back, keeping just three clean sheets in 18 matches. Can we keep a clean sheet at the swamp?.

City are marginal favourites in my eyes but I'd take a draw.

Anything can happen in Derby games.

I am not sure what the matter is with Bony, but even if he's ruled out I definitely would not start Dzeko.

Fernandinho, our best player outside Aguero and Silva imo

Sick of Navas he offers no end product, no goals and doesn't get passed anyone.

I don't think we will batter them but we're better on the ball than they are and despite everything, if we play the right formation we also have a better balance. We should be playing Fernando with Fernandinho and push Yaya further ahead. Let Silva find the space and get someone like Milner on for some width.

Manuel is safe in my opinion - the board didn't like Mancini's attitude and despite the poor form and results this season, I don't think they will sack Pellegrini just because they did the same to Mancini.

We are so fragile right now, we could go to pieces if they score early.
If we can score first, it'll be game on.

Honestly though, I suspect we'll be all out to make amends for the recent mistakes that we'll over do it, and make yet more mistakes. We'll make rash challenges and end up down to 10 men.

I'm a pessimist I know, but City made me this way! I don't see enough leaders in our team to pull us through, I see a few spirited triers and a lot of fearful crumblers.
