For the last week or so, all options aside from attach files or insert quotes are greyed out. Is there a reason for this, or am I missing something? )(

Try it again, if BB code is not enabled then those square brackets will be the only thing highlighted in blue.

I'm using the same for this reply, tap on the 3rd set of 3 vertical dots and tap the square brackets. It works as advertised, maybe clear your browsing history for all time if no success.
