I'd stick with Dunne. Upson doesn't impress me and is nowhere near Lescott as a centre half.

i'd keep dunne but even tho he and the back 4 peformed well yesterday we still need another imo, on lescott and upson, there isn't much if anything between them, lescott age wise would get the nod but to counter that, upson is gonna probably be virtually half the price of lescott, and just to add, i dont think capello would keep picking upson in his squads if he weren't of a very good level, (he even seems to play ahead of lescott when terry or rio are out). i'd be happy with upson or lescott as i stated earlier i rate them both.

He picks Upson as there's a shortage of decent centre halves in this Country. Capello is also probably too scared to play Nedum ahead of Upson.

Nedum is better than Upson. We are rich but we should not just spend for spending sake.

Upson is way better than Dunne. Onuoha has potential but at present is no way near as good, if he was he would be in the England senior squad.

Hughes seems confident of signing Lescott, I don't think he would have held out this long if not. I think we could do with 2 more CBs, that way we could get rid of TBH.
