Presumably the ‘normal death rate’ is the death rate of living in a country where poverty is rife and food and medical supplies are in short supply because of the illegal occupation too. It’s like saying most of Mao’s victims weren’t killed, they died of natural causes, ignoring the fact that those natural causes were starvation from the famines his policies caused.

As someone who is a non believer in religion i find it very sad that nearly ever war is over a book written over 2000 years ago.
It's proven that mankind evolved from the water not Adam and Eve. To me its odd that religious people believe we came from incest.
