Well over 100 wins and 79 of them on the PGA tour..I remember Faldo once pointing out a hell of a lot of those pga tour wins had Major fields in them,Bigger achievement than winning 14 Majors imo
I dont think we will ever get a golfer starting Majors at odds of 5/4 again like woods did regularly or having long winning streaks of 5,6 & 7 on the PGA tour

I agree with that assessment tbh but I was talking only in majors. I don't think Mcilroy has the determination or willpower to overtake Woods in all events but ultimately he will be judged on majors.

I'm not sure about the odds too, I think Rory was already down to 4 or 5 to 1 for this tournament. Another couple of majors and his odds will come tumbling down based on a real lack of elite opposition.

Rickie winning will be good from an American and advertising point of view, but it's like Justin Bieber winning, by the time he's 40 wearing orange he will either look like Westwood when he wears his neon or be wearing a Palmer-esque cardigan, people should like golf because of the competition, not because of a goofy Disney-esque character who wears vibrant colours and looks cool/cute.
