From what we know I think he would get jail time. Cohen did.Fine iirc. But if he gets done for this maybe he’ll finally get done for all his other shit. Thankfully he’s not using his right to be silent.
But also we don't know what the detail is yet.
And this is 1 of 4 legal issues he has that look pretty serious. This, the rape case, the Georgia case and Jan 6th.
