I think the list of charges will be released when Trump arrives in New York?

Looks like the Judge is quite rightly taking no shit from the media.

All the networks are demanding live coverage in the court and the charges released early.

They are arguing the whole case should be televised to prevent Trump from twisting the case. They know damn well if the judge allowed it it would be bigger than OJ for ratings.

He’s avoided impeachment, twice. Tried to overthrow the government. He’ll never ever get brought to justice unfortunately.

Semantics, but he didn't avoid impeachment. Impeachment doesn't mean removal from office. It just means the House charges you and the Senate can vote to remove you from office. He was impeached twice, but the Senate didn't have the 2/3rds majority to remove him. Bill Clinton and I believe Andrew Johnson (president after Lincoln 150 years ago) were also impeached but not removed. Doesn't matter really but I always like to make it clear this orange shitstain was indeed impeached twice.

He'll probably never face justice - but this case set the precedent that a former president can be charged and arrested. Which seems obvious. There are more serious crimes he's being charged with (cough cough election fraud) that now can point to this as an example.

In that case the DA should fight to make sure he's in cuffs and his wig removed for the judge and TV cameras.

From what we know I think he would get jail time. Cohen did.

But also we don't know what the detail is yet.

And this is 1 of 4 legal issues he has that look pretty serious. This, the rape case, the Georgia case and Jan 6th.
