Single handedly delegitimising the Supreme court as a non-political entity.

The heighest court in the land has absolutely ZERO credibility, and it's going to take decades to sort it out.

The US justice system is a wash with right wing influence. Its no surprise it goes all the way up to the SCOTUS. its also difficult to fix as if the dems bring in term limits or increase the numbers the GQP will just call foul and do 5x worse as soon as they can.
