The republicans can always threaten to go after Biden, or Obama or the Clinton’s, but the problem is they already would have done so if they could.

In fact their last major attempt to “go after” Biden is likely going to result in Hunter Biden winning an gigantic amount of money now he’s suing everyone involved for defamation, theft, handling stolen goods & breaches of privacy etc.
