A lot can happen before then, but you never know...

If he is, that pretty much guarantees that he won't get found guilty, doesn't it? I think it only needs one 'no'.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think if there is one 'stick in the mud' who is blocking the process, the judge can use discretion to request the jury return a majority verdict.

I think this is where juries become very challenging, if not unworkable. They are somehow going to have to find a bunch of capable yet truly a-political people in a country that is more politically divided than it's ever been. And not only that, that jury knows if their names get public, they could end up on some crazy's hit list.

If so, then I fear you're correct.

It's a pathway to never being found guilty of any crime. Simply indoctrinate a third of the population, so they don't question anything you do. Sadly, actually easier to do than one might think.

True but that case is a bit of a side show. The main event is anything Jan 6th related. In new York or Georgia.

And you have how a trial will impact his campaign. In Florida the evidence will be overwhelming. If he gets off then it might just rial people up even more.
