He got 73 million votes in 2020 (around 30% of the electorate) and there’s no indication that number has increased and plenty of reasons to believe that far fewer would vote for him next time. Without him around to hold the cult together, it would turn into a large number of disparate factions all vying to be the heir to Trump but in reality would quickly become irrelevant whilst making a lot of noise and shooting a few people in the process.

Relying on getting a slanted jury is pretty desperate stuff. Even if a few Trump voters get on they will have to sit through days and days of evidence. They will hear directly from the witnesses many of them Trump's own people testifying against him.
