The irony is Ronald Reagan would have absolutely detested and been horrified by Donald Trump, maybe even more more than the rest of the guys on this list combined have been. Reagan was arguably the most altruistically-motivated President the US has had since Carter. It might not even be arguable.

Agreed. My comment was more tongue in cheek. It’s crazy to think Coutler used to be the worst of a (really)bad bunch and now she is no different from the rest.
