You must have heard the line that 419 scammers deliberately made their emails non credible in order to appeal to idiots and filter out anyone with critical thinking?
It's better for them not to waste time with doubters and go straight for the gullible.

Bannon's appeal takes place in November. If he loses, which he should do, his 4 month jail sentence will be confirmed.
His NY state trial for stealing wall donations is next May. His two accomplices who pleaded guilty were jailed and ordered to pay millions in restitution.

All 3 of these are done. Bannon and Guliani are going to prison. Lindell is only up for civil charges but he will be bankrupt.
