The next big meltdown will be the result of his NYC trial. We know he's lost but the average Trump fan has no clue as they are fed BS. But its coming and Trump will explode. The case will just go to appeal bur it will be the first big hit he takes in court.

From then on the primary will only get interesting if it boils down to 2 quickly. I suspect it won't and the anti Trump vote will remain split. Trump will win this easily.
 
Had to spend Thanksgiving with a couple of my partners elderly relatives. One of them is in his 80s, lives on his own and is still bitter about his wife leaving him 30 years ago. The other lives in an assisted-living facility. They both spend all day watching Fox News and getting brain rot. They’re so far removed from reality, it’s frightening. They both honestly believe that the economy is in the toilet and unemployment is high, unlike when Trump was President(!?!?!). Oh, and Biden is deliberately leading the globe into WWIII.

I know the type. When you show them that unemployment is actually low they say "Those aren't the real numbers" and they also claim that it actually was low under the former guy (who led us to the worst unemployment since the great depression)
 
Apparently one part of Trump's defence against claims of insurrection is that the section of the amendment does not specifically list President.
They seem to be claiming that he was exempt from having to uphold the Constitution, which is an interesting argument to make.

To be fair Biden is in his 80s and he's getting brain rot as well. The US needs revitalisation and young blood to take it forwards. It has had the exact same arguments and priorities for the last 50 years, probably because the same politicians from even back then are still hanging around like a bad smell.

The US election will come to a choice between a 77 year old chancer and an 81 year old who can't remember his name. And there are people who are actually energised by this election?

US politics couldn't be more depressing except I'm from the UK where it's just as bad or maybe worse....

The US is such a huge place and so different…..however it’s so alike. I’m a General Contractor and have never seen business so busy. I still hear the same shit every day from the Cult members, ‘we need Trump back to save us from socialism’
