The Cult members aren’t willing to die for their cause, period. They can’t win if they aren’t. They aren’t because they’re American — I.e. utter narcissists unwilling to change and take responsibility for their lots in life and spoiled rotten with freedom (why do you think they identified with Trump?). They have the iNTerNeT to give them the illusion of “power” anyhow — the true opiate of the masses. The cult leaders don’t really want to exercise “power” to change things — they only need to look and talk like they do in order to fleece those same masses, which is the real goal — that and job preservation. Time is against them, not with them. But I agree they get more time if justice isn’t meted out, and to do so takes time too.

The majority of (voting) Americans clearly aren’t as blind as this or Trump wouldn’t have been summarily removed from office via the “name only” democratic process. The coup wasn’t successful. And the reason the coup happened now is because the coup-meisters know that their time to effect one to retain power is dwindling because demographics and societal norms are moving the opposite direction of much of what 1) they believe in; 2) they hold sacred and/or 3) keeps them in power.

Biden is playing a blinder though with the infrastructure bill. He knows the electorate in Red States are desperate for investment, and anyone getting in the way of that will have some serious questions to answer come the next election. That's why Turtle Mitch has been pretty much on board with it from the start, because Kentucky is in a sh*t state infrastructure wise.

If Republican voters see the benefits of this working, then Republican law makers are going to have to think long and hard about getting in the way just for the sake of screwing over Dem's.

Probably the worst jurisdiction to defame a major corporation, even with their reversed burden of broof (accuser has to prove falsehoods, rather than as it is in the UK where accused has to establish truth) .

In the UK you can unfairly shit all over someone's reputation and only end up paying relatively small amounts (dwarfed by legal bills). Where as the payout awarded to Dominion will be many millions.

Hopefully Dominion assemble a big team of lawyers and run up huge costs, can see Rudy and Sidney being forced into representing themselves.

It's the kind of lawsuit you would only consider if you had serious credible and verifiable proof of wrongdoing, which begs the question; were the Trump team promised something that wasn't delivered?

Maybe Uncle Vlad had given the nod that Dominion were going to go through some 'things' and then either couldn't, or even funnier just didn't deliver leaving Don's crazy gang of lawyers swinging in the breeze?

Not at all. It's the kind of lawsuit you'd file if you thought you'd get away with it. It's got nothing to do with Russia. Dominion might possibly be viewed as a "public figure" in the eyes of the court - in which case malicious intent must be proved... which is to say:
