Murder might be a State issue. So he can get charged for that.

But selling information to enemy States. Is the exact type of crime Biden is trying to definitely cover. :)
No, it’s a “you had a gun you shouldn’t have had because you were a druggie.”

The “any future crime” pardon part is so charges cannot be tweaked and retried, etc…

He has not been charged with being an enemy of the state, nor would he…unless Trump was serious about the vindictive prosecution of his enemies list!

And, do you HONESTLY think Trump is NOT guilty of crimes, financial or otherwise???
If so, I have a Bridge in Brooklyn you might be interested in!!

Incredible really.
Nope, just the law and the incredible power of the President within it. Enlightening why so many people spend so much time and energy to not only BE President, but then suck up to those that are, isn’t it?!

Just look at who Trump pardoned last time!

This has become the new way leftists avoid talking about an issue.

By pretending the real story is the other side 'pouncing" on the story.

Like Clockwork:

"Republicans pounce on Biden pardoning his son, Hunter."
-Politico
I said nothing wrong. Republicans will go to town on this. Which you'd fully expect them to. The Democrats would do exactly the same if the roles were reversed.

By the way; I'm a long long way from being a" leftist".

It just seems very strange (to this particular British person anyway) and obviously open to all sorts of abuse whichever side the President concerned is on.

With that contorted logic you’re the new Bigga.
You must be fucking delighted

So, this means Biden son is pardoned for ANY crime he might have committed since 2014 to date?
Yes. He was going to cop a plea for these crimes but his lawyers.wanted blanket immunity from anything else that might pop up-ANYTHING!! Now I don’t know why the prosecutors would ok no jail time. That’s one thing but asking for blanket immunity for ANY future prosecution?? That was a bridge too far and the plea was withdrawn.

He went to trial. He lost and here we are.

That’s the definition of chutzpah…

For those who don't live in America, or for those who most ONLY consume left wing media... Let me explain this otherwise confusing action.

Joe Biden is not pardoning his son Hunter because he loves him. He is pardoning his son Hunter in other to protect himself....

The real crime here is peddling influence when Sleepy Joe was V.P. for

By giving blanket immunity from prosecution, Joe is protecting not just Hunter, but also Joe's brother, Joe himself and their crime family from any future investigations related to their influence peddling between 2014 - 2016
I take great solace in knowing this is the best day of your life.

Of the pardons and commutations that Trump did grant, the vast majority were to persons to whom Trump had a personal or political connection, or persons for whom executive clemency served a political goal.

A significant number had been convicted of fraud or public corruption. The New York Times reported that during the closing days of the Trump presidency, individuals with access to the administration, such as former administration officials, were soliciting fees to lobby for presidential pardons.

Trump issued a total of 144 pardons during his four years in office:
1 in 2017,
6 in 2018,
11 in 2019,
52 in 2020, and
74 in January 2021, his last days in office.

Oh! So when you argued that the DOJ was not being weaponized and pointing out that they charged Hunter as evidence of its independence...

You were just being disingenuous? Got it.

I like you coz you are an open partizan. Some of our other 'friends' like to feign moral superiority :)
..
I maintain Garland’s DOJ was NOT weaponized.

I maintain ANYONE who thought Hunter Biden was going to jail is an imbecile.

I maintain anyone who thinks any Trump acolyte is going to jail is an imbecile.

If that is being an open partisan, then I guess I’m guilty. Can I get a pardon?

"The Land of the Free" just took on a whole different meaning!
