The “any future crime” pardon part is so charges cannot be tweaked and retried, etc…

He has not been charged with being an enemy of the state, nor would he…unless Trump was serious about the vindictive prosecution of his enemies list!

So, this means Biden son is pardoned for ANY crime he might have committed since 2014 to date?

Yes. He was going to cop a plea for these crimes but his lawyers.wanted blanket immunity from anything else that might pop up-ANYTHING!! Now I don’t know why the prosecutors would ok no jail time. That’s one thing but asking for blanket immunity for ANY future prosecution?? That was a bridge too far and the plea was withdrawn.

He went to trial. He lost and here we are.

That’s the definition of chutzpah…
