Tax AND insurance AND bank fraud.Will it fuck
It’s not hard to prove.
There’s paper. Like the classified documents.
And his signatures on tax returns, insurance forms and loan docs.
He and/or his company is going to get done over. It may take awhile. Even if he dies, the TO lives on through its officers.
Obviously this is why he never wanted his tax returns publicly released, as many people here said many, many moons ago.

Poll of Florida GOP voters had Trump ahead of DeSantis for the Rep nom by 7 points at the beginning of the year. Now? DeSantis ahead by 8. The best possible thing that can happen is that Trump runs to avoid prosecution and claims investigation is “political”. He’d split the party in two and probably end up running as a 3rd party candidate if he lost the nom. Eventually when his political escapism is finished, DOJ if a Dem is President will go after him both barrels. Then he’ll pull a Weinstein and claim to be mentally and physically unfit to stand trial.
Do you think the Republican's would call Trump's bluff if he said he'll run as a third party candidate and spend another four years in opposition? Or is winning the presidency, by any means necessary all that matters to them?
Would be very interesting to see how many votes the Republicans lose to Trump, and if Trumps figures are low would the right-wing media pivot away from him and his nonsense.
The other scenario is votes are evenly split and it either destroys the party or they realise they'll never win an election again without him and he's welcomed back to the fold.
