Apparently no reporter attended let alone covered Trump's New Year's Eve speech at his bunker in Florida. A few clips taken on cell phones showed him droning on about the airline industry. Rudy, idiot son #1 Eric and the pillow guy were the A names on the guest list. Slowly sliding into irrelevancy. What a shame.

Trump is still holding some cards. It would be folly to write him off as 'finished' just yet.

I wasn't aware that the GOP primary system is a winner takes all at each state. The dems have a proportional system.

This makes it so much easier for Trump. The more people that run against him the lower the bar to win. And by the time the chancers drop out the lead could be too much.

That said the trajectory of his standing could not be worse. He's only relevant in terms of his past crimes. And there is so much negative stuff coming out its hard to keep up. He's a proven liar now and that will make it very hard to do any normal media stuff. He could just campaign from Mar A Lago and he could win if the race stacks up in his favour.
