Its high time they were privatised or cut up into a stand alone regional broadcaster and their services out of the capital cities privatised.

In the past few years they accused and ran a disgraceful biased agenda against Cardinal George Pell and a number of politicians all vindicating how absurd , non factual and agenda driven stories in stark breach of their charter.

they did this without even asking for a comment from George Pell when he was falsely charged and later and rightfully was found not guilty of the charges laid against him.

Many of these politicians sued the ABC for defamation and the ABC defended their position despite all the evidence to the contrary and forked out millions of tax payer dollars to settle these matters out of court in one case saying that the journalist in question paid for the loss of the case out of her own pocket only to find out later it was the ABC that again paid for the journalists legal fees.

They have to still to apologise to George Pell for the angst and money he had to spend to defend himself from an alleged crime he could never have committed and a senior journalist at the ABC wrote a book on George Pell that contained many false claims to promote herself and has to date never retracted any of the false claims she made about George Pell inferring that it was more than possible he could have committed these crimes.

This journalist who breached covid rules time and again to enter the US to run this story ran the " story of the century " as she described it still stating that Russia prevented Hilary Clinton from winning the 2016 election as far fetched and without a shred of credible evidence to support the claims as the Trump Camp claims that the 2020 was stolen from the Republicans by voter fraud.

the vast majority of Australian viewers and those interested in fair , accurate journalism are sick and tired of media like the ABC continuing to run rubbish like Bruce Pascoe is an aboriginal historian wanting to correct history even after he has been and in his case totally and justifiably been exposed as a fraud.

This is why these stories even when their may be some substance to them gain no traction anymore.

Spot on , I know its a poor look for the ABC if you want to find out more google Louise Milligan , she's a shocker.

She has cost the taxpayer over 2 million alone through her disgraceful reporting in recent times and if Pell had of instigated a defamation suit against her and the ABC he would have been successful in obtaining another 2 million at least.

How she is still employed by the tax payer defies belief but her management are weak as piss when it comes to accountability and as a result have issued a directive to all their employees to stay off social media (LOL) at least when posting under their name unless its non-political.

The days of the ABC in the cities as a burden on the tax payer are drawing to a close.

Q&A its flagship show used to have an audience for part of its show in the 600k plus , now its been dragged to the also rans in an also ran time slot with an audience of less than 300k as its agenda shifts to the far left.

Go woke go broke.

if Hilary will go to the grave blaming Putin for her defeat in 2016 then I am sure he will take the credit for it(lol).

She should have blamed herself as she had all the favours and still botched the unlosable after recovering from the " shock ".

Hilary was all about the haves and the have nots and widening the gap when she wasn't chastising her roving husband for chasing skirt and threatening to divorce him and ending the FOUNDATION.

Looked him up as I don't know him but apparently he was a shock jock so you can start by at least getting up to speed zuri.

Apparently won his slot on radio for 20 plus years hands down and is 80 years of age now so although I never listened to any of his broadcasts he must have had something going for him I suppose.

I used to watch it religiously Bob but these days it has become a political exchange of barbs to focus on an agenda and attack guests who hold a different view and debate quickly degenerates.

the quality of politician discourse from all sides and panellists promote the Christian and Lion dogma and it serves little purpose other than assisting ones insomnia if you suffer from it.

its become that way in part due to our falling education standards at least in Australia Bob we are losing the skill of proper and informed debate and prosecuting a case that makes viewers challenge their own mindset for their betterment.

its partly why more Australians are becoming more secular and more apolitical than in previous generations.

On a serious note Fog , how is the drug overdose situation in San Fran progressing these days .

its been reported more are dying from overdoses than from covid and I was interested to get an unbiased perspective from someone on the ground who would know why.

Is it your new pandemic and what is Gavin doing about it?
