A strange place is America. Lived in the Bay Area for a couple of years but travelled round.

It's a place of extremes, has some of the best schools and universities in the world but these intelligent people are outnumbered by some of the dumbest people you'll ever meet.

Met countless people who had no idea people from England spoke English. They were very polite though.

As for banning of abortion's not happening here, it probably won't but it's happening on our doorstep. Hungary and Poland have banned abortion even in cases of rape and threat to the mothers life.
