So, wait for it:

Looks like the Dems have fled town in Texas to stop the Reps gerrymandering...genius!

They need a minimum quorum of 100 to vote.

Sounds like kicking the can down the road; but the Reps are panicking for the 2026 mid-terms.

If this is the start, then between now and the start of the mid-terms in April next year, its going to be wild!

I've flagged this before. One of the few good things about US politics is the voting cycles run round quick. Only 4 years for a potus and mid terms give you a chance to kick them in the nuts wile in office.

Dems having control of the house/Senate would be a fantastic result.

Why? Do you think he’d take any notice of them, this **** isn’t leaving unless he’s in a wooden box.

Texas senator John Cornyn has asked the FBI to arrest the stay away democratic members of the Texas house who have left the state. They have committed no crime but that does not appear to be putting off Cash Patel.
