I'm only going off a commentator on CNN who said it as an aside that it will be interesting night in NY if trump doesn't accept a Clinton win.

Hillary has got lucky.

A skilled republican politico would have chewed her up and spat her out.
Well obviously not. Because skilled republican politicos could not beat Donald Fucking Trump, the least skilled non-politico, to the be their parties candidate.
Edit: and if you are only basing what sounded like a very confident factual point like your post was on hearing one commentators opinion on a news channel, I would suggest you shouldnt sound so informed and righteous about it. All you have really done is repeat one talking head's opinion as fact.

It would take months to go through thousands of emails, unless they have all been seen before. Which seems likely and is, to be fair, pretty logical. For an email to be received, it has to be sent from somewhere. And people get copied in. It isnt difficult to grasp, they were the same emails on a different device. Must be difficult to be cleared once, and then have to be cleared again for the same thing, which so much at stake.

Well that's even more worrying then if a security service can't tell the difference between copied and new emails.

Wars have been started over less.

That's where the influence of the media comes in.

Trump is a reality TV star. He makes good tele. Faux News were all over him like a rash, he grabs people's attention. Hence his bigger coverage. It's a shame the US don't have the same Purdah election rules we have. With a bit more balanced coverage we might have got two candidates who actually give a shit about making a difference over making money for themselves. It would be boring as fuck following it for a non political eagles and the TV companies would be turned off. But we might have a safer next 5 years.

Im sorry mate thats more nonsense. I edited my earlier post as well and it looks like you missed it, about the politicos.
What are you are saying here is just wrong. The fact is Trump was not made up by the media during the primaries. He beat established 'republican politicos' in those primaries, but the fact is everyone, US media included, thought that he would burn out and be defeated. But as it was it eventually came down to him and just Cruz. Jeb Bush, Kasich, and many others were covered by the media but eventually fell by the wayside leaving just Ted Cruz, who ultimately wasnt up to it and didnt strike a chord in republican voters. The media coverage was very much about how far Trump could go and how he kept shocking the odds, as it were. He was not sponsored, and they were not 'all over him like a rash'. The fact is the Republican party did not put a very good candidate and they were too divided, the Tea Party movement caused that.

I don't get how you Brits don't unders
Indeed.

You would hope after the election, should she win she acts very humble as Kasich, Rubio or Ryan would have took her to the cleaners electorally.

I doubt that though.
This is simply not true, maybe it should be but it's not. Hillary Clinton is extremely famous while Kasich and Rubio are not well known at all and Ryan didn't run. It's a shame that being famous factors into the vote like it does but it's what we have to deal with.

In my opinion our biggest problem as a country is the lack of intellectual curiosity people have and that they'll believe whatever news outlet they agree with tells them. Nobody reads laws or examines their representative's votes. Nobody ever gets mad at their news source when they find out they've been lying to them either, they just say "The other side lies more". We actually have unbiased news sources here but they aren't "sexy" they just have people reporting facts and let you come to your own conclusion. CNN, Fox and MSNBC have pundits from each side screaming at each other and present it as news.

There is one side that is much better at this though and it's the right. Polls show that Fox News' viewers are extremely uninformed. Most believe that Iraq had WMDs, that Obama was born in Kenya and is a secret Muslim, they believe that he raised their taxes, that Saddam Hussein worked with bin Laden to carry out 9/11 and that climate change either isn't real or that even if it is it's not because of anything man has done.

A perfect example of the ignorance on the right is Senator James Inhofe. He is the chairperson of the Senate Environment Committee, they debate any laws having to do with environmental issues and whether or not they should be voted on in the Senate. Here he is speaking on climate change and remember that he is one of two or three people that decide how America behaves regarding environmental issues.

Anyone with a pension or investments should be hoping against hope Trump loses, certainly with regards the next 12 months of the markets.

They saw that there were Clinton-related emails on the laptop but weren't allowed to open them. Once they got the warrant to do so, they realised they were all duplicates. Don't think you can really criticise them for that.
