Well I did PMSL that the club didn't offer him a new contract and in his statement Wio said he had decided it was time to leave. No shit Sherlock - what was he going to do stage an unpaid sit in down the tunnel wearing the previous years kit and begging to be given a game the deluded twat !!!??

Wonder if this will see some dutch talent going to the rags? I'd be quietly upset if they plundered Tonny Vilhena, he reminds me a little of Silva and has just made Van Gaal's prelimiary WC squad.
To be honest Van Gaal is probably just what they need over the road, someone to kick their arses and make them realise they can't rest on yesterday's successes. Still, it is such a mess behind the scenes over there that I expect some friction along the way.
