Why can't the ref be sent to see the incident anyway. If he deems it not a penalty then its not. The English game is a joke.

Remember the decision against City at the Emirates last season. When Ederson was alleged to have barged the Arsenal forward, who actually got his shot off. Well if that was a penalty how the fuck is that not a penalty at Old Scaffold tonight. He didn't even go over to the monitor to look at it.
