I believe we need to keep it, just need to get the refs or whoever uses it a lot better. Liverpool and Utd would be better without it as it was in the past.

Cannot see the point in scrapping it. It should be developed to the level it operates in other sports, not backwards to the Old Mother Riley and Howie Redshirt at the Swamp scenario!

Be careful what you wish for.

Being in the stadium and nt being able to properly celebrate a goal through the trepidation of seeing a goal chalked off on the big screen by VAR has taken a lot of (previous) pleasure from attending Live games. Not only that, the fans at live games often have no idea what's happening because VAR incidents are not shown on the big screens. At least you get to see replays on the telly.

The sooner they fuck VAR off the better I think.

No I agree. It’s fucking shite but what will happen is when a replay shows something VAR would have picked up on, people will start pissing and moaning they want it back.

Crap though it is, at least VAR adds a degree of accountability to offside decisions. The speed with which some linesmen raise their flags, even when they are not supposed to, worries me.

Bring in the automated offside rule like in the CL which they are doing for next season, leave goal line tech as it is and scrap the rest of it.

It should definitely stay in place for non-contentious decisions such as automated offsides.

Make it a lot more transparent, mic up the refs like in rugby and play all replays on big screens.

IMO it needs to improve, (hopefully the quicker offsides will help?), not be scrapped.

There's more chance of us being shafted without it.

VAR isn't the problem it is the clowns who are operating it.

Vote on a complete overhaul on the officiating personnel makes more sense.
