VAR impact and consequence log - game 27

Look level to me
Put it back a frame and he'll be a mile onside, put it forward a frame and he'll be a mile offside. The reality is that we'll never know where he was at the exact moment the ball left Bernardo's(?) head, but they act like this picture is infallible with their little fucking lines showing that Zouma's arse isn't quite fat enough to play him onside.

ETA: Nope, Mahrez.

Are we still waiting for the Salah offside review? Funny how it's working again this week (as poorly as ever).

I said this during the game. The club should have demanded to see the VAR graphics after the game and if it couldn’t be provided asked when the replay was to be played. It’s obvious that either Salah was offside or the internet rumour that VAR wasn’t even working during the first half.

What’s not up for debate though is that we are getting dry ass fucked without lube.

Whilst I love the quote, and largely agree with the premise of corruption/favouritism, I do find it hard to take someone whose strapline is "We, The Arbitrageurs Of The NeoHyperrealities Of Post-Structuralist Football" too seriously, or at least as seriously as they take themselves

I feel he does that to take the piss.
He's a Blackpool fan as far as I can tell

Premier League now claiming that the on-field decision was to disallow the goal and VAR just confirmed it. Does anyone else remember seeing a flag go up, because I didn't see one?

ETA: I just rewatched it and the linesman doesn't appear on camera, but the fact that the players continue to celebrate despite looking in that direction show that he obviously didn't raise his flag. In other words, the Premier League are full of shit again.
