Looking at the highlights it was 50 seconds after the ball crossed the line before the liner raised his flag. Argument I have heard is that the liner wasn’t sure whether the ball was flicked on by a Chelsea defender which is what he discussed with Twatkinson. He then raised his flag so that as far as an assessor thought he had made the right decision. I don’t buy that but what other reason would the flag be raised 50 seconds after a goal has been scored?

Perhaps a word in his headphone from Stockley Park.

I would ask you to imagine the scenes against QPR if VAR was operating then. 20 minutes after Sergio's goal they would have been watching the replays to see if they could chalk it off. Finally it was decided that Joe Hart was offside and the Scum were awarded the trophy.

There is no corruption. We are all talking about Liverpool being given a advantage over us deliberately which is nonsense. vAR and the refs are incompetent right across the board and not just for certain teams, like I said Liverpool have had a couple of very dodgy VAR decisions go against them also.

None of us want the game to be corrupt, but given the amount of decisions (let alone VAR decisions) that have gone against us, and for other teams, notably LiVARpool it simply can't be coincidence. Scudamore's plan being executed to the letter.

Not funny anymore is it, the whole enjoyment of watching our football team has been eroded over the past 18 months in particular. What's the point of turning up every week to watch a game of football, being systematically taken apart by so called new technology, whether PL or Champs League games, corruption at the highest and pitch level, VAR room, across the board, from the PL, FA, PGMOL, UEFA, FIFA. It is now so blatant that football is now so corrupt, that the lies, deceit are now in plain-site!

Wasn't it just the icing on the cake at Sheff United this afternoon, when the rags went 3-2 up, camera pans to whisky nose and their former chief executive of rags and vice-chairman of The F'uckin A'rseholes 'David 'smarmy’ Gill' now sitting high and mighty on the UEFA Executive Committee, laughing their corrupt and bent arses off, in the knowledge that those 'noisy neighbours' and Arab 'oil money team and human rights contraventions owners are still well and truly in their sites and they will do all they can to stop us winning anything, by any corrupt and illegal means possible.

Although we got a hard earned win yesterday in a very enjoyable, entertaining and competitive game, once again we saw more dubious refereeing decisions and once again we all knew at least one more VAR controversy would be forthcoming during the game, and so it was, by any corrupt bent lines or means necessary, one law for one, and none for us.

I think all that is happening to us a team and as a club, will galvanise our fantastic manager, he ain’t stupid, he and the players, the club at large and all us supporters know what's going on, even with all our injuries to still be where we are is incredible, and we will fight them all to the end, no matter what corrupt acts they continue to commit against us, now and in the future. While I agree with your sentiment mate, the thing doesn't add up, the last thing united want is for Liverpool to win the league,.whiskey nose built his empire around knocking Liverpool off their perch and did so, a couple of titles to the dippers and United loose their 20 times 20 times blah blah blah, so to be honest don't think anyone associated with them would help fix a dipper title

Before VAR we were told the refs make mistakes. The purpose of VAR is to allow technology to ensure rules are followed by using someone who has time & is not caught up with the emotion of the game.

there is no excuse for mistakes that’s why people are pissed off, don’t call it VAR mistakes. It’s bent refereeing assisted by bent referees all done under a cloak of secrecy & lies.
