If bookies stand to lose a lot of money on “City v Chelsea +3.5 goals” or “Man City to beat Chelsea 3-1” and if PiGMOL are made away of this, we can’t say that it’s not corrupt.

The man at the top of PiGMOL was in charge of that definitely corrupt United v Arsenal game from about fifteen years ago, he’s a dodgy dodgy bastard!

Gents I'm all made up that you're hanging around in my thread, I don't make many, but there is a general discussion VAR thread, this one is (or was) to log the effect of VAR decisions on us on a match by match basis, with associated comments to particular games. Can we keep it like that please

It would be interesting to see the positive points effect on Dipperpool along side the negative effect on us. Just on the 4 points quoted above and the Desmond predicted in the match with Liverpool - + 2points for Liverpool. That in itself would be a 6 point swing - so we'd be just 3 points behind them!

Graham Poll was on Sky the day after the Liverpool game.

He said the build up to the first Liverpool goal wasn't handball and a penalty to City because the Liverpool defender wasn't in an unnatural position.

They then asked him why the Liverpool goal wasn't disallowed and a free kick given by VAR against Bernardo Silva because he handballed it in an unnatural position in the build up....

He then went against the rules and said that Bernardo's handball wasn't handball because handballing the ball by accident whilst falling on your arse is apparently a natural position.....

He just would not admit in any shape or form that the officials not only didn't see it but VAR got it wrong.

I think people drastically underestimate how much power some of the betting houses/syndicates have in the game, even in England.
