VAR impact and consequence log - game 27

VAR is almost now at the point where it is far more contraversial than any of the incidents it was meant to clarify before it was introduced, and appointing people with the visual capacity of Stevie Wonder to review incidents it now looking a ludicrous strategy - the technology is great, sadly it is being used by incompetent humans

Wouldn't be surprised if the match officials hate it as much as we do. Makes refereeing more difficult because they get grief from everyone

The mark noble penalty is atrotious, VAR is getting slagged by every clubs fans (bar one) .

Pathetic that POGMOL are ignoring the situation.

The biggest issue I've got with V.A.R. (apart from the fact that it's killing the game) is it's become the largest component of the football match.

I remember a time when the best referring went unnoticed.

The referee was pretty much anonymous and the game flowed.

V.A.R. reminds me of an obnoxious overbearing dictator.

I was probably as far away from the Phil pen as yer can get - 323! But, even removing my Etihad Airways sponsored binoculars, I was convinced it was another blatant stonewall pen that Blind Andre had decided not to award whilst eating his tea tonight! Did anyone KNOW it wasn't a pen!
