It's just like when they started creating artificially stirred up situations into Big Brother. Complete and utterly pointless watching from that point on. (As it ever was tbf.)

VAR is almost now at the point where it is far more contraversial than any of the incidents it was meant to clarify before it was introduced, and appointing people with the visual capacity of Stevie Wonder to review incidents it now looking a ludicrous strategy - the technology is great, sadly it is being used by incompetent humans

The biggest issue I've got with V.A.R. (apart from the fact that it's killing the game) is it's become the largest component of the football match.

I remember a time when the best referring went unnoticed.

The referee was pretty much anonymous and the game flowed.

V.A.R. reminds me of an obnoxious overbearing dictator.
