It could be done I suppose as they already wear them for tactical analysis. Hawkeye could develop it like they did with goal line tech. GPS lights up or officials watches buzz. Anything than protects the sport from the fixers Is good for me.Its been suggested to use a gps tracking device inserted in players shirts or vests to resolve offside calls, anyone know if this is a possibility?

Your standard GPS sports watch is only accurate to +/-10 metres. Not sure if that applies to sports vests though.
Would be very interested to see net amount of goals incorrectly given to both us and Liverpool as a result of offside decisionsCan’t wait for this to come in.
11 offside goals scored by Liverpool this season (according to a tweet I’ve decided to believe as it confirms my feelings).

Wouldn’t even need to be GPS. You could have four sensors in the corners.Your standard GPS sports watch is only accurate to +/-10 metres. Not sure if that applies to sports vests though.

Video assistant referee: Uefa says 'TV gesture' a bookable offence
Agree.
I'll never hear another word said against the legend that is Anthony Taylor, if you don't mind!
That’s what it is in rugby league, both feet have to be behind the ball when it’s kicked (attacking offside) and both feet behind the line (defending offside)No idea why they don't just change the offside rule to get rid of that "only a part you can score with" and just replace it with where your feet are. Then VAR on offsides would be a piece of piss (other than the dubious "when did it technically leave his foot" element)
