VAR thread 2022/23

So when they scrap VAR and we’re left with Refs making farcical blind decisions that they can’t have a opportunity to reverse a wrong decision - can we tell you lot to ‘f*ck off’ ?

We just want a system in place to get more decisions correct than not and give the ref a opportunity for a second look, there will still always be bad decisions interpreted by crap offiopacials , nothing wrong with demanding better but having a hissy fit and wetting your knickers when a bad decision goes against you gets us nowhere
The game was at the whim and fancy of a ref who couldn't and didn't see everything and what he thought he saw on occasion didn't happen! I want to see a game where it is a result of what has actually happened on the pitch. VAR, in it's 'opaque' iteration doesn't do any fans any favours. I want to see what rugby union fans are treated to. Let's hear what the ref wants to know, why he is looking at the monitor, all verbalised and shown on the big screen. I am suspicious of anything less.

Makes the game so smooth and allows it to flow.

Fuck VAR and fuck @BlueHammer85

That’s not very nice

Anyway, always frustrating when VAR/officials make farcical decisions, we’ve had our fair share this season - going to take many years if ever till we have consistent officiating - I’ve come to accept that - hopefully they take on board the criticism and find ways to improve
