For shits and giggles, I'm changing sides.
Var is brilliant, you're all wrong.
Now there's 2 of us, we stand together.
 
Yep just seen the Mendy incident. It was a clear case of someone trying to kill Mendy. As he lay dying on the floor I felt for his family.
Correct decision.

It's good this being the awkward poster. I nearly said bastard but Mr Tash isn't that.

Poor decisions will be made by humans whatever system you employ.

That doesn’t make them corrupt or inept. It makes them human.

This is the problem

Before VAR everyone was outraged by the refs decisions , with VAR everyone is outraged by the refs decisions

My only hope is there is less decisions to be outraged by but it’s hard to keep track with the uproar for certain incidences every weekend

Really not sure where we go from here. It’s just a case of refs continuing to be crap and everyone saying it’s all corrupt and the cycle continues

Add to that fans love to whinge about things, especially referees. It’s been the same since time began.

Yep, and a really bad decision went against my team today , next week we might get one for us or against. It’s just the way it is.

All for ways to improve officiating standards without screaming corruption, that just gets us nowhere
 
VAR has become a shambles two simple decisions today and they still get them wrong how can it happen with the multiple replays they look at and the ref looks at,rotten as fuck ..
 
I havent read the last few pages, I don't need too. VAR is great, you're all wrong lah lah lah.

I wonder if in any of the 122 pages anyone has said ‘VAR is great’ … yet it still gets quoted. Strange.

Im not so sure. Mendy got to the ball first to clear it, your player than follows thru into him. No malice but….

If your player had got there first with his toe, then mendy had made contact with him, would you expect a penalty?? I know i would…

If so, you cant have it both ways surely…. There has to be consistency, which granted is sadly lacking with our refereeing currently…

Got to agree, VAR did a great job today and whatever anybody says, it always comes to the right decision. West Ham didn’t deserve anything from their game as some would prefer the other London clubs to do better and, as for Newcastle, they need to get back in their box because if they do get a correct call, they may manage to push a favoured club out of the now ‘Big 6’.

Fucking upstarts, thinking they can make a move on the Americanised PL.
