Well I don't envy that job. Personally I'd feel like a fucking arsehole intentionally killing sentient beings that I simply didn't have to. I am a chef, some restaraunts and hotels I worked required the freshest meat, was part of the job, not had to do it for over 10 years and doubt I would now, but it still hasn't put me off eating meat

Antibiotic use in these animals is a threat to us all. The government is trying to reduce it and with some success https://www.gov.uk/government/news/...tibiotic-use-in-animals-as-total-sales-drop-9
personally Id want a complete ban but at least its a step in the right direction.
We are already seeing resistance to many of the commonly used antibiotics and we aren't that far off a time when surgery and simple water infections are fatal.
Just another reason to reduce meat/dairy consumption.
