What does Roman expect of him though? Like you say he's walking the same route of Mourinho, if he doesn't win anything next season what will become of him? Especially when it appears that he's desperate to lift the Champions League trophy.

Big potential risk, done well with Porto but a lot of big ego's at Chelsea and no record of success in a top league. Also, he'll have very little knowledge of the PL and without someone like Wilkins wonder how he'll do.

He may come good but methinks we'll see another sacking at Chelsea at the end of this year.
