Villa fan found guilty of punching nine year old City fan at Cup Final

See this is the real issue with the media’s approach to our club, and one that the club really needs to get a handle on.
We as a club, and a fan base, are fair game for anything, assaulting, abuse, attacks, battery etc and it stems from constant barrage of “ruining football” “evil arabs” attacks we get removing any positivity or good will towards us.

Do you remember the city staff member who had acid chucked at her because of her city lanyard? Probably not because the media briefly reported it, then promptly stopped

if a city fan is killed, and it’s probably coming in all seriousness, the media has blood on their hands. Not that they give a shit, we dared to challenge

The team bus attack was hate filled.

One thing we must remain is absolutely together as a fan base. I recall the vicious split when Mark Hughes was appointed manager. There's a couple of "Blues" I no longer speak to because they were cheering when we lost matches. It's left a sour taste in my mouth and I've never quite gotten over it. Lots of abuse was anti-Welsh jibes too and that's my home country.

If City fans are 100% behind the club then we will not be broken. We look out for each other and stand up for each other. If we feel a situation was not dealt with then we record things with our phones or even instigate collective legal action.

Anyone wants to get violent towards me then I'll fight the fucker. I don't think I've thrown a punch in ten years and that was at a friend who was pissing me off.

Undoubtedly the media whip up the hatred. Sterling's racist attacks too were a consequence.

We should be highlighting this with the more poisonous reporters, they're actually using their privelege to orchestrate hatred, it is in fact hate crime, even if it is a reporter!

I'm loath to use them as an example but Liverpool fans brought The Sun to its knees.

What strange behaviour.

Some people are just not wired right.
Or just wired.

Bit of atmos walking through the roads on the side of Wembley way to the ground but didn't see much shit afterwards as we queued for the tube etc.

The worst behaviour we saw were 6/7 blues outside Harrow tube station being abusive twats to anyone not in City colours, that bad I apologised to the young girl steward half way up the steps to the station for them.

Yes years of constant negative reporting and at times outright racist and hate filled bile has worked. You try and have a conversation with anyone about football and mention you are a City fan and out it all comes, even from a mild football fan.

It is ironic these morons slag our fan base off when we were praised by everyone not too long ago for being steadfastly loyal in spite of winning nothing for 35 years, while the rags cleaned up trophy wise.

I cannot recall such a sustained attack on any club in my lifetime it has been an utter disgrace.

I loved our siege mentality during the first year of Mancini. Tevez. Bellamy. De Jong. It was us against the world.
